THE PERMANENT BUILDING

Built in 1931, 320 Bay sits at Bay and Adelaide in Toronto’s Financial Core. Once the Canada Permanent Building, it features a two-storey coffered entrance, brass-clad elevators, ornate ceilings, and elegant arches — a preserved example of early 20th-century grandeur.
